Healing Journey is a rune effect in Spirit Walk, a Spirit Realm Witch Doctor skill.

This rune effect causes the Witch Doctor to regain 7% of his maximum life per second while in Spirit Walk, which is good for 14% total over the two second duration. This is less than a single health orb grants, but might come in very hand during escapes when health orbs were not available.

The health regeneration provided by Healing Journey is applicable to the Witch Doctor's pets if the Witch Doctor takes the Fierce Loyalty passive skill. Healing Journey is the only active skill with this property.

Spirit spell
1 Cooldown: 10 seconds

Leave your physical body and enter the spirit realm for 2 seconds. While in the spirit realm, your movement is unhindered.

This ability does not start its cooldown until after its effects expire.

MedRuneE Healing Journey
1 Gain 15% of your maximum Life when you activate Spirit Walk.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Alabaster Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:
