Head Hunters is a rune effect in Fetish Army, a pet-summoning Support Witch Doctor skill.

This rune effect summons 2 additional Hunter Fetishes who shoot blowdarts at enemies, which deal 20% of the Witch Doctor's weapon damage as poison. (This skill summons a mixture of dagger-wielding Fetishes, blowgun-firing Fetish Hunters, and fire-breathing Fetish Casters.)

1 Cooldown: 120 seconds

Summon an army of 5 dagger-wielding Fetishes to fight by your side for 20 seconds. The Fetishes attack for 180% of your weapon damage as Physical.

MedRuneE Head Hunters
1 Summon an additional 2 Hunter Fetishes that shoot blowdarts at enemies, dealing 130% of your weapon damage as Poison.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Alabaster Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:

Head Hunters


Adds 2 Hunter Fetishes to the army. Hunter Fetishes shoot blowdarts at enemies dealing 63% of your weapon damage as Poison.
