Boar Companion

Boar Companion is a rune effect in Companion, a Discipline-spending Demon Hunter skill that summons a companion animal.

This rune effect summons a boar companion. The stout little snuffler will attack demons, dealing AoE damage to the Demon Hunter's enemies.

Name Level Description

1 Cooldown: 30 seconds

Active: Your raven deals an additional 500% damage on its next attack.

Passive: Summons a raven companion that pecks at enemies for % of your weapon damage as Physical.

Boar Companion
1 Active: Your boar charges to you, then taunts all enemies within 20 yards for 5 seconds.

Passive: Summons a boar companion that attacks enemies for % of your weapon damage as Physical.

The boar increases your and your party's Life regeneration by and resistance to all elements by %.

Prior to the skill revision in February 2012, this rune effect was enabled by the Indigo Rune, granting the following effect with a level 7 runestone:

Summon a boar instead of a raven. The boar strikes multiple enemies with every swing for 43 - 75 damage.
