Inspiration is a tier IV skill in the Battlemaster Skill Tree, which increases critical hit chance, critical damage and stacks multiple times. It requires Enrage and is the prerequisite of Weapon Throw.

The Barbarian gets inspired to cause even greater damage to his enemies' weak spots.


Skill Design

A pretty good skill, it is ideal that a barbarian should dual wield weapons to help the chance to proc. It is assumed that the chance to gain the buff is 100%, meaning that any critical hit will proc this effect and any additional critical hits will refresh the duration of the buff and stack up to 5 times. This skill can work very well by itself, since the stacking will help itself stack more.

Development

Inspiration was seen in every Diablo 3 game demo to date, and was balanced and moved, judging from the latest demo. The old Inspiration was in tier I of the Juggernaut Skill Tree and gave a 3% increase to critical damage and increased the damage of added hits(?) by 5% for 15 seconds whilst stacking up to 3 times.
