Blood Hawk

Blood Hawks wait until you take damage from another monster or cast a Town Portal before they swoop down in numbers to attack. They have massive talons at which to pick at you. Their damage is physical.

They also appeared in Diablo II where they were spawned from nests.

It is easy to focus on the dangerous foes one may encounter on the ground, but the blood hawks rule the skies with terrible ferocity.
