BlizzCon 2011 prize announcement.

There have been numerous Diablo III posters made over the years, and virtually all have become collector's items since Blizzard only makes a limited number and stops selling them once they run out. Quite often there are no posters at all offered for sale in the Blizzard Store.

In addition to the posters for sale, Blizzard has printed up special very limited edition posters for each year's Blizzcon. These are signed by dozens of the game developers and given out to lucky fans who find the special super rare virtual item while playing Diablo III at the show floor demo stations. These posters are greatly prized and if you don't get lucky at Blizzcon, they can only be obtained for hundreds of dollars over eBay.

2008 Posters[edit | edit source]

A basic black poster with the Diablo III logo was sold in 2008, shortly after the game's debut. It is no longer available in the Blizzard store. A very similar poster was given out at Blizzcon 2008, for players who found the special Blizzcon-only drop in the Diablo III playable demo on the show floor. This poster was signed by the development team and only 100 were produced. One can be seen in the gallery below.

2009 Posters[edit | edit source]

A special Monk poster was given away at Blizzcon 2009 for the in-game virtual item find. As in other years at Blizzcon, it was signed by most of the development team.

2010 Posters[edit | edit source]

Blizzcon offered a Diablo poster for sale, and a Demon Hunter poster for the special show floor demo prize.

2011 Posters[edit | edit source]

Blizzcon offers two posters for sale; one featuring Tyrael and the other with a very dark Diablo face. Both retail for $15.[[1]]

Blizzard will not reveal the special demo prize poster until the show starts.
