Erach, The Dunethrasher, is a superunique Lacuni that sometimes appears in the centre of the Stinging Winds (map). The area is littered with corpses and very nearby is a Resplendent Chest. When you first open the chest a couple of Lacuni Warriors will appear, one either side of you. After they're disposed of the chest is yours for the taking.

Erach also possesses Mortar and Molten modifiers and appears with a bunch of Lacuni Huntresses.
