The Cairn Stones found not far away from the Rogue Monastery in Khanduras hold magical powers, and the ability to create a portal to places for people who press the stones with their hand in the right order.
Trivia
A Cairn is an Irish man-made pile of stones. They were erected as sepulchral monuments, or used for practical and astronomical uses.
It's very possible this is not the only Cairn Stones of Sanctuary. It might even be related to the Waypoint and Town Portal type magics that exists in the world.
