Signature spell

A Signature Spell is usually a low-level skill from which the Wizard reduces the cost of Arcane Power with 1 each time he or she levels-up. It is most likely that these spells are known by all users of magic and are learn by apprentices.

Also, the Obsidian rune effect of Energy Twister requires one of the Signature Spells in order to release all Wind Charges.
