The cave has an upper area, which is the initial entrance, and then stairs going down. After, there is a bridge to cross into an alcove where the meat of the event takes place. The entire cave is infested with Lacuni Huntresses, but they aren't [[elite]] and are dispatched fairly easily when they decide to stop being invulnerable/in the air. A small handful of Iron Wolves will assist the player throughout the event.
Once enough lacuni have been killed, the event updates to have the player return to the Iron Wolf captain, who is near the entrance of the cave on the bottom level. After speaking with him, the true danger emerges from the solid ground, a superunique Lacuni warrior named [[Ghas the Shadowclaw]]. He will be accompanied by a very large amount of lacuni huntresses as well, and Ghas himself is a melee damage dealer. Ghas has the [[Fast]] [[boss modifier]] and hits much harder than his normal counterparts. Once Ghas is dispatched, the event is complete.
