This rune effect summons a protective an odd-looking ghostly specter that hovers over the Witch Doctor fro for 20 seconds, firing lobbing spirit bolts at enemies for 28% weapon damage. Casting this spell multiple times will only refresh its duration. The spell is short-range and multi-directional. This spell is useful for kiting enemies, and for dealing additional damage if the Witch Doctor prefers close range abilities such as Firebats.
