Cave of Burrowing Horror

The Cave of Burrowing Horror appears in the Desolate Sands in Act II after Shaitan the Broodmother is killed. It's a two-level dungeon and isn't involved in any quests but it's necessary to visit both levels in order to earn the achievement Nooks and Crannies.
