Useful skill links:

• Skills - General skill design and mechanics.
  • Active skills - Skills where effects are activated by the player.
  • Passive skills - Skills where effects are activated automatically, by the computer or by special events.
  • Signature skills - Skills that define characters.
  • Academic spells - Low-level skills that steadily decrease in Arcane Power cost as the Wizard levels.
  • Armor spells - Provide defensive buffs to the Wizard.

Increases the damage of your basic wand attack by 100%. Successful attacks with a wand generate 15 Arcane Power and heal you for 1% of your maximum Life.
