Spenders

Spenders refers to skills and abilities that spend resource. This is opposed to generators which build up resource, either in discrete chunks per use, or by boosting the regeneration rate.

All classes in the game build up resource with some skills, or regenerate it over time, and then spend it with powerful abilities.
