Ruthless was first revealed in the July 2011 Press Event. It had with a listed level as 1(presumably so players could try it out from the beginning). ===Beta===The [[beta]] started in September 2011, and Ruthless was moved to level 12, and later dropped to level 10. Passives were reorganized for [[Beta Patch 14]], which is clearly incorrect since passives arenbut Ruthless didn't available until level 10change.
