This rune effect retains the base skill function, while adding a hefty mana regeneration boost to the Witch Doctor while he stands within the area of effect.
Other Witch Doctors in game DO NOT gain additional mana regeneration. Other classes do not gain additional resource generation. The Witch Doctor who casts this spell is the sole beneficiary of the mana regeneration increase. All other players in the area still gain the base skill's effect of increased movement speed and attack speed.
