Beta

When the beta started in September 2011, Evasive Fire remained at level 3. The skill system was once again overhauled for the Beta Patch 13, and Evasive Fire was classified as a Defensive skill and moved up to level 8. For Beta Patch 14, it was re-classified as a Devices skill and moved to level 14.
