Enforcer is a Legendary Gem findable only from Greater Rift Guardians in Reaper of Souls.
Legendary gems can only be socketed in rings and amulets worn by a character (not by a Follower) and provide dramatic and powerful bonuses that are huge upgrades over any normal gems in the game.
All legendary gems improve with upgrades to rank 50, which can only be obtained via the NPC Urshi who appears after the death of a Guardian of a Greater Rift that is not completed in time.

This gem was reworked in a PTR patch on August 5th, 2014.[1] The original stats were:
Enforcer
- Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 20%.
- Upgrade rank grants: +0.4% Critical Hit Chance. Max +20% upgrade (+40% total).
Rank 25 unlocks:
- Your pets are unkillable.

All Legendary Gems improve from rank 1 up to rank 50, with additional stats for the primary bonus, and the extra bonus property unlocking at the maximum upgrade rank of 50.
Stats are pulled from the PTR and may differ in the final game.
- Rank 1: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 20%
- Rank 2: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 20.4%
- Rank 3: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 20.8%
- Rank 4: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 21.2%
- Rank 5: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 21.6%
- Rank 10: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 23.6
- Rank 15: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 25.6%
- Rank 20: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 27.6%
- Rank 25: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 29.6%
- Rank 30: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 31.6%
- Rank 35: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 33.6%
- Rank 40: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 35.6%
- Rank 45: Increase the Critical Hit Chance of your pets by 37.6%
