Coven
The Coven is a group of cultists first encountered in Act I of Diablo III, led by Magda and, ultimately, serving the will of Belial, Lord of Lies.
Leadership
The Investor
Belial, Lord of Lies, was the driving force of the Coven.
Two Leaders
In the game diablo 3, it is mentioned the coven was led by two leaders. It is strongly hinted by the Templar that Adria was the other.
Maghda
Maghda led the coven before the events of diablo 3 started. She was the leader until her demise at the hands of the nephalem, which completely broke the coven.
Origins
It has been said that the Coven may date back to the Triune, but this is not confirmed. They were present for the first act and a half of diablo 3, but were not mentioned in diablo 2. in Maghda's Journal, she mentions that when she joined the coven it was weak and she made it powerful, so it is unknown just how long the coven operated.
