Butcher's Carver database.

The Butcher's Carver is a two-handed legendary axe found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. Like most two-handed weapons it is not much used by level 70 characters and can most often be found on Crusaders.

The item uses the same graphics as the Butcher's (Act One end boss) weapon in-game. The Butcher has better odds to drop this item than any other monster, but it can be found elsewhere, like any other legendary item in the game.

Butcher's Carver Stats[edit | edit source]

Like all sub-level 70 legendary items in Reaper of Souls, the database stats are meaningless, since the stats on the item you find in-game will scale up to your character's level. See the level 70 examples below for a more useful vision of this item.

Diablo 3 Vanilla[edit | edit source]

Like most sub-level 60 legendaries, this item had insufficient stats to be of any use in the end game and was seldom encountered.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

This item is named and pattered in visuals and function after the Diablo 1 and Diablo 2 unique axes, The Butcher's Cleaver and Butcher's Pupil.
