The Beleaguered Farmer can be found in the Forsaken Grounds in his farmstead which is overrun by Plague Nests and Plague Carriers. He asks you to rid him of this Demonspawn and save his land so he can continue growing crops for the townsfolk of Tristram. This is an event called Carrion Farm.
