The Adventurer's Backpack was a bag item in the game during early development. During an early evolution of the Inventory characters had four bag slots. Each bag type item granted a set amount of inventory spaces; a larger bag equaled more storage capacity, and the Adventurer's Backpack was one of the larger size containers.

The Adventurer's Backpack was seen in the Blizzcon 2009 demo build, but never since. The entire concept or bags was removed from the game during later inventory development, and nothing like this will be seen in the final game.
