Hydra Improved Spectral Blade was first shown at [[BlizzCon 2008]], when the [[Wizard]] was unveiled, as a Tier 3 skill in the [[Conjuring Skill Tree]]. It was removed sometime prior to [[BlizzCon 2009]].
