[[Death Watch Mantle]] is a [[legendary shoulders]] that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be found and equipped by any class, though the special bonus is most useful to melee combatants, who will be hit often and have lots of enemies in close proximity when they are hit.
The [[Smart Drop]] system ensures that these shoulders will usually roll with the [[mainstat]] appropriate to the class that finds it.
