[[Atrophy]] is a crafted [[legendary wand]] that can only be created in Reaper of Souls. This item requires a [[Phial of Weakness]], one of the [[legendary materials]] for each wand crafted.
This crafted wand has no [[legendary affix]] and a damage range in line with other wands, so it's not as good as some other legendary or set options. It can roll bigger numbers than rares though, and many new Wizards will use it until they find something higher end.
