[[Monster Power]] is a [[difficulty]] system added no longer operative in Diablo 3. It was removed in early 2014 when [[Patch v1.0.5Diablo 3 version 2]]replaced many legacy features. It enables players  When operative, Monster Power allowed settings from MP0 to set MP10 which worked much like the current difficulty slider from 0 to 10, with each level increasing the monster hit points, and damageas well as boosting their [Magic Find]], experience value, gold find[[Gold Find]], and magic find[[experience]] gain. Monster Power also increases increased the drop chances for the [[keys ]] and [[demonic organs ]] required for the [[Infernal Machine]] event.
