Poltarh is an NPC found in the surface area of [[Act II]] in Diablo 3. He gives the [[The Idol of Rygnar]] quest, in which players must escort Poltarh down into the [[Lost Ruins]] dungeon, to retrieve the Idol of Rygnar.

Upon the successful completion of this quest, Poltarh rewards players with 8400 experience and a pair of rare boots.
