There are four parts to 'Kulle's Journal and they are all located in the dungeons underneath the Desolate Sands of Act II. You will locate them on the Blood and Sand and The Black Soulstone quests.
Only one of your characters needs to find the journal for you to be credited with it.
To find out which journals you have found so far go to your Achievements list (press Y) and check:
