Provocation is a rune effect in Revenge, a situational Barbarian skill.

This rune effect increases the chance that Revenge will trigger to 30% from being hit by attacks. This is an odd choice for the highest level rune effect in the skill, since by Hell difficulty all but the most exquisitely-armored Barbarians will be getting hit perpetually during every encounter, which should make 15% more than enough. This this is only useful if a player wants to be constantly able to cast the skill, which isn't out of the question as there is no cooldown.

Revenge has a 15% chance to gain a charge each time you are hit. Maximum 2 charges.
